Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) apply to the rental of studio space and rental equipment by the client (“Client”) from the photography studio (“Studio”). By renting the studio space or rental equipment, Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

1.Rental Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the rental fee for the studio space and rental equipment as set forth by the Studio. Rental fees must be paid in full before the Client’s scheduled rental time. The Studio reserves the right to cancel any rental reservation if payment is not received.

2.Rental Time
The rental time begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. The Client agrees to vacate the studio premises by the end time scheduled. Any overtime fees incurred will be charged at the rate set forth by the Studio.

3.Studio Use
The Studio grants the Client the right to use the studio space and rental equipment for the purpose of photography and related activities. The Client agrees to use the studio space and rental equipment in a safe and responsible manner, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.Liability
The Client agrees to assume all liability for any damage to the studio space or rental equipment caused by the Client or any third party during the rental period. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Studio harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the rental of the studio space or rental equipment.

5.Cancellation
The Client may cancel a rental reservation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rental fee.

6.Reservation Changes
The Client may make changes to a rental reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.

7.Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Studio is located. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of such jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Studio with respect to the rental of studio space and rental equipment, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
